How Telehealth Works
We use Spruce Health for telehealth visits. It’s a secure, HIPAA-compliant app that lets you message, call, or video chat directly with our team. After scheduling, you’ll receive a link and simple setup instructions. If you’d prefer not to use Spruce, we can arrange a visit via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Who Can Use Telehealth Neurology
Telehealth with Dr. Panjeti-Moore is available to all Oklahoma patients — no referral required, no membership necessary. It’s a particularly good fit if you:
- Live in a rural area without easy access to a neurologist or epilepsy specialist
- Have difficulty traveling due to your condition
- Need a second opinion on a seizure diagnosis or treatment plan
- Want to establish care before deciding on next steps
New patients are welcome to start with a telehealth visit.
Location Requirements
You must be physically located in Oklahoma at the time of your telehealth appointment. You don’t need to be an Oklahoma resident, just on Oklahoma soil. If you’re reaching out from another state, contact us, we may be able to help.
When Telehealth Works Well
Virtual visits are a natural fit for:
- New patient consultations when traveling to Dallas isn’t possible
- Follow-up care for epilepsy, seizure disorders, migraines, memory concerns, and other neurological conditions
- Medication adjustments and refill reviews
- Reviewing EEG, imaging, or lab results
- Ongoing care management between in-person visits
In-Person Visits
Telehealth makes specialist access possible; and when an in-person visit makes clinical sense, we’re here for that too. Our Dallas clinic is available to Oklahoma patients who want or need to be seen in person, and we’ll let you know if we think it’s the right next step.
