Not everyone who needs a specialist can get to one. Our telehealth appointments make it possible to see a fellowship-trained neurologist without leaving home, without a long drive, and without a months-long wait.
Telehealth is available to all patients on Texas soil β new or established, Medicare members or direct-pay. Your first visit can happen virtually.
How Telehealth Works
We use Spruce Health for telehealth visits. It’s a secure, HIPAA-compliant app that lets you message, call, or video chat directly with our team. After scheduling, you’ll receive a link and simple setup instructions. If you’d prefer not to use Spruce, we can arrange a visit via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Who Can Use Telehealth Neurology
Telehealth is available to all TNC patients. There are no restrictions by membership tier or care model. It’s a particularly good fit if you:
- Live outside the Dallas area or in a rural part of Texas
- Have difficulty traveling due to your condition
- Need a follow-up, medication review, or test result discussion
- Want to establish care before committing to an in-person visit
New patients are welcome to start with a telehealth visit. We’re especially glad to extend this access to patients in under-served areas who’ve had difficulty finding a specialist, particularly for epilepsy and movement disorders.
Location Requirements
You must be physically located in Texas at the time of your telehealth appointment. You don’t need to be a Texas resident, just on Texas soil.
Dr. Panjeti-Moore is also licensed to see patients located in Oklahoma. If you’re reaching out from another state, contact us, we may be able to help.
When Telehealth Works Well
Virtual visits are a natural fit for:
- Ongoing care management between in-person visits
- New patient consultations when in-person travel isn’t possible
- Follow-up appointments for stable conditions
- Medication adjustments and refill reviews
- Reviewing imaging or lab results
Whether you’re managing Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, migraines, memory concerns, or another neurological condition, our telehealth visits offer the same unhurried attention as an in-person appointment.
In-Person Visits
We love telehealth, but we also value the relationship that comes with seeing you in person. For most patients, we’ll recommend at least one in-person visit per year, and we’re always happy to see you in the office whenever you prefer.

Hear from our Patients
“Dr. Mendreddi was kind, caring, and a great communicator. She spent a great deal of time with us, listening to my husbandβs symptoms and reviewing all the previous testing he had done with a general neurologist. She never made us feel rushed and answered each question with straightforward and easy to understand answers”
