About The Neurology Collective
If you’ve ever waited months for an appointment, rushed through a visit, or couldn’t reach anyone when something changed, you know exactly why we exist.
The Neurology Collective is a concierge neurology practice in Dallas built around one idea: that people with neurological conditions deserve more than the system typically gives them.
Why we started the neuro collective
Built by 3 neurologists who got tired of the same system you got tired of.
There’s a particular kind of frustration that comes from knowing what good care looks like, and watching the system make it structurally impossible to deliver it.
We each reached a point where the math stopped working. Too many patients, too little time, too many gaps between what our patients needed and what we could offer them within the constraints of a traditional practice. Something had to change.
So we built a practice around the kind of neurology we actually wanted to practice. We didn’t set out to reinvent neurology. We set out to practice it the way it deserves to be practiced.

How We’re different
A practice designed around your care, not around volume.
Most neurology practices weren’t built with the patient in mind. They were built around insurance requirements, billing codes, and patient volumes that make genuine care nearly impossible. We built ours differently. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
More Time with Your Doctor
Time is the one thing traditional medicine refuses to give you. We schedule fewer patients so every appointment has room to breathe.
Not Hard to Reach. Not Months Away.
We’re not hard to reach, and you won’t wait months to be seen. Those sound like low bars, but anyone who’s tried to navigate a traditional neurology practice knows they aren’t.
Small Patient Panels
The average neurologist carries a panel of 2,000 patients or more. Each of our physicians carries 200. That’s not a marketing claim, it’s what makes everything else on this page possible.
Two Ways to Get Care
Whether you’re on Medicare or paying directly, there’s a path built for you — with the same unhurried appointments and quality of care.
What Guides Our Care
Relationships Over Volume
We limit our patient panels so we can actually know the people in them. Not just their charts, but their lives, their goals, their history. This is the foundation of our practice.
Whole-Person Thinking
A tremor doesn’t exist in isolation. Neither does a seizure, a migraine, or a memory concern. We look at the full picture — your other conditions, your medications, your specialists, your life — because that’s what good neurology requires.
Transparency
You’ll always know what to expect from us — what care costs, what a visit involves, and what comes next. No surprises, no ambiguity, no fine print.
Collaborative Partnership
You’re not a passive recipient of our recommendations. You’re an active participant in your own care. We explain the options, share our thinking, and make decisions with you, not for you.
What It’s Like to Be a Patient
Start With a Real Conversation
Your first appointment isn’t a intake form and a rushed handshake. It’s time with a neurologist who has reviewed your history, thought about your situation, and is ready to listen. You’ll leave with answers, not just a follow-up date.
Get a Clear Path Forward
We don’t send you home wondering what happens next. You’ll understand your diagnosis, your options, and the reasoning behind our recommendations — because you deserve to be an informed participant in your own care, not a passenger in it.
Stay Connected
Neurological conditions don’t follow office hours. When something changes between appointments — a new symptom, a medication question, a concern that can’t wait — you can reach us. That’s not an accident. It’s what we built this practice to make possible.
