You earned your Medicare. You shouldn’t have to trade it for better care.
Medicare covers your visits. But it was never designed to solve the hardest part of neurological care: easily reaching your doctor.
If you’re managing Parkinson’s, epilepsy, memory concerns, or another neurological condition, you’ve likely felt it. The six-month wait for an appointment that lasts fifteen minutes. The phone tree that never connects you to anyone who can help. The follow-up questions that go unanswered until your next visit, months away.
Three board-certified neurologists built The Neurology Collective for exactly this reason. Not to replace your Medicare, but to give you the access and attention it was never designed to provide.
How We’re Different
- Same-day responses when you need them
- Appointments within 24-48 hours for urgent concerns
- Unhurried visits with doctors who know your history
- Direct communication with our care team
- Personal care coordination with your entire medical team
- Wellness Support that goes beyond the prescription pad
How membership works
Three tiers. One standard of care.
Every membership starts from the same foundation. Your Medicare covers your neurology visits with no additional copays. Your membership adds everything else. The tier you choose determines how much support surrounds that care.
Every tier includes:
- Small patient panels — 200 patients, not 2,000
- Neurology visits billed through Medicare
- Same-day or next-day responses to calls and messages
- Unhurried appointments with doctors who know your history
- Direct communication with your neurologist and/or support staff
One primary neurologist. Three who support you.
You’ll have a primary neurologist who knows your case and leads your care. That continuity matters to us, and we’ve built our model to protect it. At the same time, you have access to a three-doctor team, which means if your primary physician isn’t available and something urgent comes up, you’re not starting from scratch with someone who’s never heard of you.

Our Approach
Neurological care that goes beyond the prescription pad.
Medications and procedures are important tools. But neurological health is deeply influenced by factors most neurologists don’t have time to address, such as sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise, and the environments you live in. At The Neurology Collective, these aren’t afterthoughts. They’re part of how we practice.
The membership model is what makes this possible. Small patient panels, unhurried appointments, and regular check-ins mean we actually have time to address the whole picture, not just the chief complaint.
How this looks in practice.
- Parkinson’s Patients:
Exercise is the only intervention shown to slow disease progression. We build that into your care plan. - Epilepsy Patients:
Seizures rarely occur in isolation. Sleep, stress, and nutrition all affect seizure threshold. - Movement Disorders:
Stress worsens nearly every symptom. Coaching and stress resilience are part of how we treat. - Cognitive Health:
Sleep, nutrition, social engagement, and stress reduction can meaningfully support brain resilience.
Is this right for you
This model isn’t for everyone. Here’s how to know if it’s for you.
This is likely a good fit if you:
- Have Medicare but want more than it was designed to provide
- Are managing a chronic or complex neurological condition
- Need a neurologist you can actually reach between appointments
- Want a doctor who knows your history without reviewing a chart first
- Are willing to invest in a fundamentally different kind of care
- Want neurological care that addresses exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle — not just medications
This probably isn’t the right fit if you:
- Are comfortable with traditional neurology and standard wait-times
- Prefer insurance-managed care with no out-of-pocket membership
- Have a stable condition requiring only occasional check-ins
- Are looking for a one-time consultation rather than ongoing care

Movement Disorders
Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, dystonia. When your symptoms worsen or medications need adjustment, you need your neurologist within days, not months.
Epilepsy & Seizures
When you have a breakthrough seizure, waiting three months for medication adjustment isn’t acceptable. Same-day responses mean faster resolution.
Memory & Cognitive Care
Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, mild cognitive impairment. Consistent access for both patients and caregivers navigating progressive conditions.
Headaches & Migraines
All types, including C=chronic migraines, cluster headaches, medication management. We offer Botox for chronic migraines. Quick access when treatment plans need adjustment.
Gait & Balance Disorders
Complex conditions requiring time to evaluate multiple contributing factors and coordinate with physical therapy.
Women’s Neurological Health
Perimenopause, menopause, and brain health as you age. Hormonal impacts on seizures and migraines. Addressing the neurological changes traditional medicine often dismisses.
Post-Concussive Syndrome
Ongoing symptoms after concussion requiring consistent follow-up and personalized symptom management.
Stroke Follow-Up Care
Post-stroke management and personal coordination with your rehabilitation team and other specialists.
Brain Health & Prevention
Proactive care for healthy adults who want to optimize cognitive function and reduce neurological risk—especially if you have a family history of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or stroke.

Hear From Our Patients
“Dr Mentreddi is excellent! We brought my mom to see her after a recent TIA and worsening dementia. She takes the time to explain what the care plans are and to adjust medications for her seizures and dementia. I highly recommend Dr Mantreddi!”
David Sokolosky
“Dr Panjeti-Moore is professional but so caring, easy to talk with, and still such a great listener! She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to delve into her patients finding the best treatment, medicine, and cost for them. Since 1983 when I was first diagnosed with Epilepsy, I have had several neurologists but only one compared to Dr Panjeti-Moore. She allowed my wife to be a part of my journey while other doctors did not! I now have confidence and hope that I can lead a seizure-controlled life! It feels as though you are visiting family that cares about you the moment you walk in the door. I am blessed to have found this doctor and office!”
Carol Jones
“Dr. Deepa Panjeti-Moore, is such a fabulous and highly educated doctor! I cannot say enough positive things about her. She was so patient explaining my EEG and MRI results, with a wealth of knowledge that two other neurologists could not give me. She addressed all my concerns with such patients and in no way did I feel rushed. She truly over exceeded any expectations I had. I will for sure be using her going forward and highly recommend Dr Panjeti to anyone needing a neurologist.”
Amy
“Dr. Panjeti-Moore is the best neurologist you could possibly ask for. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and kind and was able to help me with a complicated medical case after several other specialists failed. I had reached a point of despair before seeing her. She has been my doctor for two years now. Her professionalism and her very helpful team make every appointment pleasant and efficient. I cannot recommend her enough!”
Jenna Barghouti
I’ve seen a lot of doctors for my movement disorder, and Dr. Chambers is by far the best. She is compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. She will actually spend time with you. Not only that, but she explains everything in a way that is understandable. As far as neurologists are concerned, she’s the best in north Texas.
Judson Watkins
“Dr. Mendreddi was kind, caring, and a great communicator. She spent a great deal of time with us, listening to my husband’s symptoms and reviewing all the previous testing he had done with a general neurologist. She never made us feel rushed and answered each question with straightforward and easy to understand answers. While we are still in search of a specific diagnosis, we finally feel like we are on the right track with her as my husband’s doctor. We have a solid plan and are moving forward. So glad we sought her out for a second opinion. We’ll be sticking with Dr. Mendreddi from here on out. An added bonus, we had next to zero time waiting in the waiting room. The office is well run and efficient.”
Jo Lynn Hughes
“I am a woman in her 70s with an advancing tremors condition. I have been treated by my primary care internist and have seen another specialist during the last 7 years. As this condition advanced, I decided to seek out someone who had specialized training in this area. I found DR. Chambers who had recently completed a Movement Disorder Fellowship at Southwestern. My encounter with her was excellent. Her physical review was very in-depth and her communication skills were excellent. Based on her analysis and recommendations, we jointly reached a treatment plan that I am very comfortable with going forward. She is an excellent physician, a very good listener and demonstrates an understanding of the difficulty that I as a patient have with this physically increasing disability. I highly recommend her.”
Sandra Richards
“Very nice. Easy to talk to. She will treat you as an equal and listen to all of your issues and resolved them Appointments rarely run late.”
Susan Barnhart
“Attention to detail incredible, great listener and watcher, made me feel normal even with my issues, incredible patience and understanding, smart as a whip and on target and great with detail and just plain nice!!!!!”

Frequently Asked Questions
We’re fully credentialed with Medicare and bill your neurology visits directly through it, the same way any neurologist would. Your annual membership fee is separate and covers the enhanced access, care coordination, and wellness support that Medicare doesn’t provide. You keep your full Medicare benefits and gain concierge-level care on top of them.
Medicare covers your neurology visits, the appointments themselves, associated diagnostic tests, and procedures billed through your plan. Your membership covers everything Medicare wasn’t designed to provide: same-day responses, direct access to your neurologist, proactive care coordination with your entire medical team, and the wellness support built into your tier.
If you are a Medicare beneficiary, your standard Medicare cost-sharing applies to our medical services in accordance with our Medicare enrollment status. Your Medicare benefits with other providers and facilities – including hospital care, imaging, therapy, and any other Medicare-covered services – are not altered by your participation in our membership program. The membership fee is consideration only for the non-Medicare amenities described in your Membership Agreement; it is not payment for any service that Medicare covers, does not duplicate any Medicare benefit, and it is not a substitute for, supplement to, or replacement of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, or any other insurance.
Absolutely, and we’ll work closely with them. Part of what your membership includes is active coordination with your primary care physician and any other specialists involved in your care. We make personal calls, not faxed notes.
Yes. Sage and Orchid members have same-day telehealth availability for urgent concerns. Many follow-up visits, medication questions, and check-ins can be handled virtually, so distance or mobility is never a barrier to your care. Ivy members can request telehealth visits on a same-week basis.
That’s exactly what our free 15-minute consultation is for.
We’ll talk through your condition, your care needs, and your goals, to help you find the tier that fits. No pressure, no commitment required.
Yes. Your neurological needs may evolve over time, and your membership can too. If your condition progresses or your situation changes, we’ll work with you to find the right level of support.
We can coordinate that for you. Rather than leaving you to navigate referrals on your own, we make personal calls to the specialists you need, share your relevant history, and follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
No contract, no cancellation fee. Membership is billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime. If you’d prefer to pay annually upfront, we offer a discount for doing so. Either way, there’s no commitment required beyond your current billing period.
Ivy members can typically be seen within the same week. Sage and Orchid members have same-day availability for urgent concerns. For new members, your first appointment will be scheduled as part of our onboarding process.
