    Dr. Aashoo Mentreddi

Dr. Aashoo Mentreddi is a board-certified neurologist with a specialty in complex movement disorders. She completed medical school at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, followed by a neurology residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she then pursued advanced fellowship training in Movement Disorders. Dr. Mentreddi also holds a certificate in lifestyle and wellness coaching from Harvard University. She finds joy in caring for all neurology patients, and has special expertise in tremor, migraine, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.

Dr. Mentreddi has participated in clinical trials related to Parkinson’s disease and dementia, contributing to ongoing research aimed at improving patient care. These trials have inspired her in her own practice.

With a personal passion for fitness, wellness, and mental health, Dr. Mentreddi emphasizes the critical role of brain health in overall wellbeing. As more people prioritize whole-body wellness, she helps her patients understand just how essential the brain is to overall health and quality of life.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mentreddi is happiest with her family—her wonderful husband and their two young boys, who are the light of her life. They love exploring the world together, but her favorite moments are often the simplest: slow weekend mornings at home, watching her boys play and soaking up the joy in everyday life. It’s a reminder of exactly what good brain health makes possible.
