Dr. Elizabeth Chambers
Dr. Elizabeth Chambers is a board certified neurologist with a specialty in complex movement disorders. She earned her degree from the medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, then completed both her residency and fellowship in Movement Disorders at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Chambers also holds a certificate in lifestyle and wellness coaching from Harvard University.
She offers a unique concierge experience that bridges the gap between the latest in evidence-based medicine and holistic wellness. While she specializes in movement disorders, she also works with chronic headaches and seizures, as well as diagnoses memory disorders. Her goal is to support the aging brain and prevent cognitive decline before it even begins.
Dr. Chambers treats every patient with respect, and knows the best results come from collaboration and communication. Her avid commitment to care was recognized when she was awarded the Stephen Damm Award for excellence and compassion in patient care. No matter the circumstance, Dr. Chambers works hard to ensure that every patient is seen, heard, and supported.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Chambers does her best to practice the balanced lifestyle she encourages for her patients. The same curiosity that draws her to the complex beauty of the brain follows her outside the clinic. You might find her cultivating her many house plants, exploring new cultures, or connecting with nature through camping and hiking. She looks forward to welcoming and supporting you and your brain.
